what is the deposit or retainer fee?
A retainer fee of £500.00 is required for booking your wedding date. You will receive your contract and invoice electronically. The invoice is clickable to pay via debit or credit card through apple pay or google pay, whichever you prefer.
would you require a meal?
A hot meal is definitely needed to get me going through your wedding day. At times I may ask the servers to put aside a small plate of hors-d’oeuvres if I have time but most times I will just have a quick refreshing drink.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I”m London based in the UK and yes I do travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But not to worry, once its within a 50 mile radius it’s included in the package.
Do you cover destination weddings?
Certainly I will capture your destination wedding providing I’m available on your prefeered date. Please get in touch via my contact page for more information.
How do you photograph weddings?
On your wedding day, my objective is to capture the day as it unfolds. First on the list is the details. This is what makes your wedding stand out, it gives purpose, it’s an introduction to your day. For the remainder of the day it’s the magical moments. The raw feelings and emotion, the fun candid action and most importantly, just telling your love story throughout the day. My photography style is documentary with gentle direction. My goal is to make you comfortable and relaxed so you can focus, celebrate and enjoy your special day with your loved ones.
do you use a drone? and are you insured?
Yes a drone is available for capturing the views from above if you select the full package but it can be requested for other packages. I’m also fully insured through HIISCOX with a PLC.
when will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a 4 – 8 week average time, this depends on the package you purchase (sometimes less time, depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery and also share them, choose your favorites and order prints!
Does anyone want to know this thing?
My packages start at 300+ High resolution images, please view the specific package you’re interested in for the quantity of images. I always choose quality rather than quantity to tell your story.
When will we get our fine art album?
Once I send you all edited images through my server in a secured online gallery. You will be able to select the images by clicking on a (heart symbol). I will then create your album and it will be posted to your address in 4 weeks time. There may be delays depending on the season. This is out of my control but please be assured your album will be posted.
what gear or equipment do you have?
I try to be minimal with my gear on a wedding day so I usually will have my two sony full frame cameras with a 35mm f1.4 and an 85mm f1.4. I also bring along two back up lenses 28mm f2.0, a 90mm f2.8 Macro and a 85mm f1.8. I rather shoot with natural light but sometimes a wedding venue calls for flash that’s why I have my speed lights with me just in case.
